Vintage Card

Ok, so my husband's boss went to an estate sale. Apparently the person whose stuff was being sold used to own a card shop. There were boxes full of vintage greeting cards for sale, so my husband's boss bought them, thinking that the people in the office would love to be able to get all the free greeting cards. The thing is, they are quite vintage, and mostly very odd. No one was taking any of them. My husband, being an odd person, decided to bring home a whole bunch of them to entertain me. When he got home with them, we sat on the couch reading them and laughing hysterically, wondering how in the world these cards could ever have been considered relevant. Since then, we have given some of them out, which has resulted in many chuckles from the recipients. There is one particular card which I desperately want to give to someone, but I can't bring myself to part with it. I often look at it and wonder what its creators were thinking. I decided that since I cannot part with it, I should scan it and post it on my blog for all the world to enjoy. I hope you appreciate its strangeness as much as I do!

Here is the front.

And here is the message on the inside.
